Here are some different options for getting from the Airport to Sayulita UBER Since Uber is a new service in Puerto Vallarta, drivers are not legally permitted to pick up customers at the airport. Some still do, but most drivers want you to exit the airport and pick you up across the bridge from the airport. BUS There isn't a direct bus that departs from the airport and arrives in Sayulita. However, there is a bus stop outside the airport and across the street. The bus is the cheapest option, but note that they only take pesos. No U.S. cash or credit/debit cards. Simply wait for the next bus, which leaves every 15 minutes. Buses are white and green and have a window sign for Sayulita PRIVATE DRIVER The simplest and quickest method to travel to Sayulita is via private driver. You'll see a swarm of private drivers as soon as you exit the immigration doors. Making a reservation in advance is gonna be your best option to save money. At the airport, all drivers (private, taxis, and shuttles) will be more costly, and you'll probably need to bargain over a reasonable fee.
