Fantastic museum of the history of the Sazerac family, and how they became one of the largest US distilleries. Highly recommend the paid tour so you can taste your way through the exhibits. There is also an excellent history of bitters and how they came to be used in cocktails. If you are truly fortunate, you may even find a rare treasure for sale in the store. Make sure you take your time and explore. There are lots of videos to watch as well as physical exhibits to experience.
