What is the agenda/timeline of events?

Answer

The most important day is Saturday, June 17th, which is the day of the wedding. Events will be planned from Thursday (June 15th) night through Saturday evening for all guests attending. On Thursday, there will be welcome drinks and food on the beach at Grace Bay Club's beach bar. Late afternoon on Friday, we're planning a sunset cruise (for those who'd like to attend) which will lead directly into the rehearsal dinner on the beach. Saturday is the big day with the ceremony starting in the early evening followed by the cocktail hour and the reception to follow.

Is breakfast included?

Answer

Yes! Every morning from 7am-10am the hotel provides free breakfast for hotel guests. There is fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices, eggs, bacon, and more each morning!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code. Thursday is extremely casual for tacos and some drinks, Friday for rehearsal dinner is beach/garden attire where you can wear dresses, casual button downs, and again still no shoes needed. The wedding itself will be on the beach so there is no need for fancy footwear, but please dress to impress with dresses, button downs, and lightweight suit pants.

Will there be transportation provided from the airport?

Answer

There are taxi services upon arrival who will take you to your hotel. The typical taxi fee is around 15pp.
