Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at The Colony House in Anaheim.
The Colony House has a free, private lot for wedding guests. Please park closest to the venue; the back wall lined with trees will be used for photos. If you choose to drive, please drink responsibly.
Invitation time is 4:00pm, with ceremony beginning at 4:30. Reception will conclude at 11:00pm.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be hosted in the loft (indoors) and on the patio (weather permitting.)
Yes. Cocktail hour will be served in the loft as well as on the ground floor patio.
We'd love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for our evening. This includes floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses, or a suit and tie or sport coat. Please, no jeans. We kindly ask that you do not wear colors traditionally reserved for bridal (white, ivory, stone, etc.) Jewel tones are our wedding colors and are strongly encouraged!
Yes! While we encourage alternative arrangements (there will be an open bar and potentially expletive music), we understand that circumstances are different for all, and will be sure your little ones have a great time, too.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. When you RSVP here on our website, it will walk you through the specific guests included for you and your family. Families with multiple adults may need to RSVP separately due to Zola's RSVP system limitations.
As most of our friends and family are local, we have not booked a hotel block. The Colony House is two miles from The Disneyland Resort; a variety of accommodations ranging in budget are available nearby. Staying in the area and Lyfting/Ubering to our celebration is encouraged, we will have an open bar.
Yes! We will be hosting hor d'oeuvres at cocktail hour as well as a buffet for dinner and dessert. Please be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP.
Yes.
Please use the online RSVP system via the QR code sent with your invitation, or by selecting the RSVP tab in the menu at the top of this page. Should you have trouble, please email PhilipandMonicaS@gmail.com.
We are still navigating through a pandemic. You are one of many loved ones joining us, so we thank you for making our celebration safe for everyone by being fully vaccinated and keeping up with any boosters that may be recommended. As of now, vaccines are approved for those 6 months and older, and we encourage those who can be vaccinated to do so. If you are not or will not be vaccinated, please RSVP "I am not coming" (we will miss you) or reach out to us directly before you RSVP. If you are not feeling well in the days leading up to the event, please stay home, rest, and let us know you will be unable to attend as soon as possible. The health and wellbeing of our loved ones is very important to us. Stay safe, and we are so excited to party!
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
We have a few items selected via registries at Amazon and Crate & Barrel. We're lucky to already have a home full of most everything we need, and would greatly appreciate any financial contribution to our future together via our Honeyfund, Venmo, or our card box at the ceremony.
Yes! Our Venmo handle is SruLovesKiss.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent or turned off. We have hired professionals to capture these moments in our lives, and we would be disappointed to have a phone/device interrupting these or blocking photos. After the ceremony, feel free to take and post as many photos as you want!
