Our Ceremony

Please plan to arrive between 2:30 and 2:45 pm for the ceremony! The ceremony is NOT in the small chapel you will see when you enter the parking lot! The ceremony will be taking place in the rafters building across the parking lot from the white house on the left side of the property as you enter from the main road!
Bearden-Jennings Cocktail Hour
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm

After the ceremony we invite you to freshen up and attend our reception cocktail hour in the Grand Bohemian Hotel Ballroom Atrium. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served. Signage will direct you to the sixth floor of the ballroom atrium. The hotel will offer valet parking for $15 for the evening or public parking decks around the hotel will be available at an hourly rate. If you are local to Charlotte we encourage you to Uber, let your hair down and enjoy a fun night out celebrating with us!
