Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Remember EVERYTHING is OPTIONAL and EVERYONE is invited for the after nuptial affairs 🦩Thursday-Welcome party in high rise suite at Flamingo Las Vegas from 530-11pm. Food, drinks and photo ops. 💒 Friday-wedding & reception Venue doors will open at 10:30 am Ceremony will start promptly at 11:00 Reception will follow immediately after the Ceremony. 🍻Monorail bar crawl-Meet us at Carlos N Charlie’s (2-3pm) inside of the Flamingo Las Vegas to kick off a strip style bar crawl that will end at the Sahara 💃🏿🕺🏼Ghostbar-End the night with dancing & rooftop romancing. From 10:30-4 am we will be perched for bottle service at the Palms. Firee admission! Dress code informally fabulous 👙Saturday-Cabana style pool party at AZILO in the Sahara from 10-6pm. Free admission! Bottle service & food will be served. Bring photo ID 21 up only. Drai’s after hours 1am-Cromwell 🎰Drai’s AFTERHOURS 1am Sunday-Goodbye Brunch 11am The Grand Luxe Venetian Hotel, Casino and Resort

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, as it will begin promptly at 11 am. There will be an air conditioned waiting area with ample seating.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately our Wedding is strictly RSVP ONLY due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. There will be plenty of opportunities to party together after the ceremony at other venues

Will there be a meal service?
Answer
Yes, a buffet of Mexican food with a taco bar. Cake will be served shortly after. Our service will be dry but you’ll have plenty of opportunities to drink during the bar crawl immediately after

Can I share my photos of the wedding on social media?

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are planning to purchase our first home so any monetary gifts towards those building blocks are appreciated. Please check out the registry section of the website

What should we pack/wear?
Answer
Please dress to impress and look your best the entire weekend. Comfort is key, but we love to take photos so check your angles. We’re going with an 80s theme all weekend. The temperature is usually late 90s in September

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please text the bride (Charity) directly for any food allergy concerns at 818-221-5926 as soon as possible to insure accommodations. RSVP deadline is 7/31/24

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We strongly suggest that you find accommodations at the SAHARA as it’s where we will be staying, host free parking and is less than ten minutes away from the venue. But please stay where you please! Our other favorite hotels are listed in the TRAVEL section

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
As there’s no central location to gather we’re encouraging ride share. Uber and Lyft are super accessible from any strip hotel. We also highly suggest the monorail for getting around on strip & parking at the Sahara is always free if you want to do a mix of both. If you are going to indulge in any activities before the ceremony please be safe

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is ample parking directly across the street from the chapel. The metered lot that accepts so quarters directly across the street from the venue available until 8pm. You can also use the ParkMobil App for street parking, where they can add time from their mobile device and check how much time is remaining on their phones.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
The deadline was RSVP 7/31/24 & has passed! Please join us for any post nuptial events we have planned

What if I can’t make it after I’ve RSVPed?
Answer
We really appreciate any attempt to celebrate us. Please don’t feel pressured to attend if you’re in a tight spot. There will be no love lost. If plans change notify us and will gladly see you at a later date for coffee or cocktails.

What should we expect for the monorail bar crawl/ after service?
Answer
Immediately after the service meet us at Carlos N Charlie’s (2-3pm) inside of the Flamingo Las Vegas to kick off a strip style bar crawl that will end at the Sahara. We will hop from one bar/attraction to another along the Las Vegas strip to explore & experience sin city. Take time to switch into your walking shoes and meet us wherever you like. You can join us for vibes only and be sure to bring your flask as Vegas is open carry. Be sure to check the group chat for updates on our location & purchase tickets to the monorail prior
