Nice easy to moderate hike right in town to an impressive waterfall. Great way to get outside without going far!

High Falls Hike

Somewhat tucked away, Claverack Town Park is a nice place for a walk. If interested in playing a little tennis, we have two rackets you can borrow :)

Olana State Historic Site is a historic house museum and landscape in Greenport, New York, near the city of Hudson. The estate was home to Frederic Edwin Church, one of the major figures in the Hudson River School of landscape painting.

If you're staying near Philmont, and looking for a good coffee, breakfast or special pastry, definitely check this place out. Be sure to get there early as they're known to sell out quick!

Bartlett House

Another great coffee and pastry spot for those staying closer to Hudson. Highly recommend!

Mel The Bakery

This place is HUGE, and for antique lovers its an absolute dream. Plan to spend at least a few hours here if you visit.
