We have provided information on hotel room blocks under the “Travel” section of our website. Our reception venue is equidistant between several North Shore towns including Danvers, Peabody, Salem and Beverly. Guests are also welcome to stay further away if traveling by car to the ceremony and reception. The address for Danversport is 161 Elliott St, Danvers, MA 01923. You can use Google Maps to calculate exact distances.

Question

Answer

Danversport is approximately 30 minutes (22 miles) without traffic from Downtown Boston. For out of town guests who would like to visit Boston before/after the wedding day, there are plenty of public transportation options available to the city including ferry services and trains. The North Shore is connected to Boston through the MBTA's Newbury/Rockport Commuter Rail Line that has stations in Salem. The stop in Salem takes you directly into Boston's North Station. Question

What should I do if I can't get a reservation on the room block? What should I do if I can't get a reservation on the room block?

Answer

Due to the number of rooms available in the area, we were only able to secure a limited number of hotel reservations through rooming blocks. If the block is sold out, the hotels may still have availability at a different rate. We also recommend exploring lodging options on Airbnb & VRBO for there are multiple beautiful properties in the area.

Answer

Plenty of parking is available at the venue if you are driving your own car. If not, Uber and Lyft is the best way to get to and from the venue.
