Yes, of course. Look at AirBNB or Vrbo to find an apartment or house to rent. You can rent next to Tawaf and I or downtown next to the reception.

Do I need to drive to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

You can if you have a car. If you do not have a car, downtown is very walker friendly. You can also take the CTA train, bus, or Uber around the city.
