The adventure continues - this time, with vows!

It all started back in 2017, when Tristan saw Emma across the dining hall at Stony Brook University talking to their mutual friend, Tyler. Tristan immediately asked Tyler who she was and how they knew each other. Tyler ran back to Emma, told her something, and then came running back to Tristan telling him he something inappropriate. Tristan, feeling embarrassed, ran to find Emma to try and fix whatever had just happened. When he couldn’t find her, he asked Tyler for her social media so he could send her an apology. Tristan then sent Emma a DM saying sorry, and Emma responded with confusion since all Tyler had actually done was run over, say “bye,” and leave. Still, with that one DM, the rest was history. From late-night conversations filled with cat memes to finally hanging out, everything slowly began to fall into place. They started dating in 2017 which then lead to Emma’s first trip to Connecticut in 2018, sorority formals, lacrosse parties, graduations, navigating long-distance, and starting their careers. From there, the adventures only expanded: traveling and exploring new places, buying their first home and moving in together in 2023, adopting their fur babies (Gaucho and Butter), and eventually getting engaged during their trip to Yellowstone in 2024. Over the years, they’ve shared so much—endless laughter, quiet smiles, spontaneous adventures, countless desserts, and memories they’ll hold onto forever. They can’t wait to keep checking off life’s milestones together and officially tie the knot on 8.22.26. See you there!
