The Box House Hotel

The Box House is close to the Greenpoint Loft and is our suggested hotel for those who would like to be nearby the venue. Please Note: The rates on the Box House website are actually higher than what is available on several online sites. The hotel will match online pricing. Step 1: The current online rates for The Box House Hotel are available on Booking.com. Create a login to view the best rate. As of August 12, rates start at $350/night for Saturday and $277/night for Sunday. Step 2: To book a room, call the hotel directly at (718) 383-3800 after you have reviewed the rates. Give them group #463532, and ask for price matching for an online price. The hotel will honor the lowest non-refundable rate, but should offer their normal cancellation policy. LIC Hotel

Don't sleep on Queens, y'all! (Or do?) The LIC Hotel is a great boutique hotel that is close to Court Square station, and only 2 G-train stops away from Greenpoint Ave. Again, the best rate available is through online booking sites, and (I sound like an advertisement but...) if you create a login on Booking.com, those are the lowest rates we've found.
