What are we having for dinner?

Answer

We are going to be having a BBQ buffet dinner catered by Uncle Bub's Barbecue. Here is a link to their website if you're curious about what kind of food they serve: https://unclebubs.com/

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will make sure to order a separate meal for you. Our caterer will also have a list on site with the ingredients in all of the buffet items.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony: Free parking in church parking lot. No walking required. Reception: The most convenient place to park is the parking garage that can be accessed from River Road just north of the venue (on the other side of the post office). Street parking is also an option, but availability may be limited. There are also a few free Metra lots in the vicinity, one being at the end of Front Street (about a 4 minute walk).

Question

Is transportation being provided between the hotel and The Bridge?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the hotel, please plan take our "round trip" shuttle so that you can party the night away! The shuttle to The Bridge will be departing the hotel promptly at 5:45. There will only be one trip, so don't miss it! Look for the yellow school bus! 🚌 🙂 The shuttle service will be available throughout the night to bring guests back to the hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Nope! Wear something comfortable for dancing!

Are there any COVID restrictions/requirements that guests need to be aware of?

Answer

We are not requiring guests to get tested or wear a mask at this time, regardless of vaccination status. This is subject to change! Everyone please proceed in whatever manner you feel most comfortable with!
