We met when Aiya started training for her new job at the hospital. With the strong encouragement of Jami (our officiant), we finally went our first date. Our date consisted of going to hibachi for a group setting in case things went south, but turns out we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. We ended our date at Big top, an ice cream shop loved by Aiya and now has become a staple in our warm weather routine. The truth is that our love story did not have a timeline. We went through major life stones within the first year of dating. Both of us quickly knew that we had something special together.
