Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would appreciate you to RSVP as soon as you possible can, so we can get a count of how many people will be attending. The cutoff to RSVP for this event is May 1st, 2025. If you are unable to respond before this time we will receive this as a decline to attend. Please RSVP by simply contacting the bride or groom saying if you are attending or not, and how many people will be accompanying you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive at least 20 minutes early to park, find a seat, and settle. Once the ceremony has started, you will not be able enter and will need to wait for the reception to start. This is just to avoid any interruptions.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress formally. Please do not wear jeans or flip flops. They grass may be soft due to the time of year, so be aware when choosing to wear heels. The grass will be safe enough to be barefoot as well, so it is not a big deal! This event is in early summer, so the weather might be on the warmer side and might get cooler after sunset. We would like people to try to stay in accordance with our dress code colors. Our colors are maroon/burgundy, forest green, burnt orange, and beige. Any deep moody color or a neutral color will work. Please avoid white or any shade that is close to it. If you have any questions, please contact the bride or groom. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will specify who is able to attend this event. We have limited seating and want to spend the day with those we invite specifically. If you have any questions, you can contact the bride or groom :)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids and have invited a select group of little ones to join us on our special day. If you would like your child to attend but haven't received an invitation for them, please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we'll be happy to discuss it. Otherwise, please make alternate arrangements for childcare. We want parents to have a night off too! Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be northern parking lot in front of the venue and an eastern one on the side of the venue. If the front one is full please park in the eastern one. Both have entrances to the venue.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support! Instead of traditional gifts, we would greatly appreciate contributions towards our future endeavors and honeymoon fund. We are moving out of state shortly after this event and would like to avoid taking physical gifts. If you'd like to contribute, we will be accepting electronic means of payment or cash. Your generosity means the world to us!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us and do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture all the special moments and are excited to share the photos with you. Other than the ceremony, you can feel free to take as many photos as you would like, before or after!

Question

Will there be alcohol at this event?

Answer

We are not serving alcohol at this event and due to the venue’s policies we cannot permit guests to bring their own.
