Yes! The ceremony will be held outdoors in the garden of the venue along with a cocktail hour. The reception will be held indoors with air conditioning.
We kindly ask that guests arrive by 5:00 PM to allow plenty of time for parking and getting settled before the ceremony begins. Since our wedding is in the city, parking may take a few extra minutes to find. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, and we’d love for everyone to be comfortably seated so we can start on time without any disruptions.
The Trolley Barn has 10 on-site spaces on the side of the building and two handicap spaces at the main entrance. Additional 52 off-street spaces are available at two lots, one directly across the street from the Barn and one a half a block from the Barn. Parking is also available on both sides of Edgewood Avenue. There is no charge for parking. The venue is also conveniently located near a MARTA station if you’d rather not drive/Uber!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We made this decision due to capacity restrictions with our venue. We hope you will enjoy a night off to fully relax and celebrate with us!
We kindly ask that you wear garden party/springtime brunch attire. We imagine this as light and flowy fabrics, floral prints or soft pastels, and midi or tea length dresses, dressy separates, or light suits. If you’re still unsure, dress as if you’re going to a really nice brunch and might end up on grass. :) Our colors are lavender and sage green - you can absolutely wear them! We kindly ask you do not wear white, ivory, or anything too bridal.
You've come to the right place! Under the 'travel' tab on this website, you will find information about hotel recommendations. Please reach out to us if you need further advice on the best parts of town to stay in.
Yes! Right now, we are only registered here on Zola.com. While we have registered for traditional gifts, we would also appreciate donations to our honeymoon or home renovation funds. Our condo was built in the 1960s, so we would love to make some modern updates to it. We'd greatly appreciate your donation!
Temperatures are usually between mid-70s to low-80s and sunny. The days are very long during this time of the year, so sun will last well into the evening. Rain is common in late May, but it usually comes as a shower rather than a prolonged period of rain. May is one of the best times of the year in Atlanta for weather, so take advantage of any outdoor activities!
