Casual Wedding Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, sun dresses, and sandals. Softer colors are encouraged but not required. It will be warm so please keep that in mind when choosing your attire. (Please do not wear white/ivory)
Due to the amount of people presumed to attend the wedding and the maximum capacity at the venue, we ask that you stick to only people included on the RSVP. If your child or plus one has not been included in the invitation, I ask that they stay home from our event. Thank you for your understanding.
Please RSVP on this website by July 10th, 2024.
You will be greatly missed. If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.
The ceremony and dinner reception will be outside and the dancing portion of the reception will be inside. It will likely be 75-85 degrees during the ceremony so please keep that in mind.
We would prefer if cameras were kept away during the ceremony. Any photos or videos will be captured by our professional photography and videography teams. There will be time for plenty of photos during the reception.
We will have a QR code that links to a shared google photo album so everyone can upload their picture from the wedding night. If you do post on social media please tag Tanner and Aubrey in your post.
When you enter the venue off of Mattoon Rd, you will head down a gavel road. Please drive slow to avoid dust ruining our beautiful venue. You will then come across a large field of grass on your left, this is where you park. There is plenty of space for everyone! You will then walk across a small bridge to find our beautiful venue. As you enter please see the guest book table to leave us a little note then head to your left to find the ceremony.
The ceremony will start at 3:30pm. Please arrive anytime between 3:00 and 3:30. There will be a guest book to sign and refreshments while you wait.
Last call at the bar will be at 9:00pm and music will end for the grand exit at 9:30pm.
