July 2019: After talking for a few months, we went to SUS BOLD Conference in Orlando, Florida where we had our first date at Universal Studios! This pic is at the airport after a great weekend! :)

September 2019: Phelo's first visit to Toronto to meet the parents! It was a touristy weekend. This pic is on a boat tour on Lake Ontario! Check out that city skyline! :)

October 2019: Phelo's second visit to Canada! We drove to go visit dear friends in Ottawa. This pic is on an autumn stroll near the parliament! :)

November 2019: Justeena's first visit to Texas! She met the Gerges family and all the cousins for American Thanksgiving! This pic is in Houston where we went to visit our dear friend Sandra! :)

December 2019: Phelo's first experience of a real winter and lots of snow! We celebrated the new year together! This pic is at Canada's Wonderland Winterfest, the country's largest theme park! :)

February 2020: A weekend of celebrations, for Justeena's birthday, valentine's day and of course another conference! This was the AGORA University Trinitarian Love Symposium held in New York! :)

July 2020: COVID hit and borders were closed, we had nothing but zoom calls and facetimes. Until Justeena surprised Phelo and showed up to George and Marina's engagement! Re-united after 5 months! :)

October 2020: Time for Justeena's surprise! Justeena's family flew in to Texas after she arrived and everyone surprised her the next day with a proposal amongst her family and friends! Success! :)

October 2020: One more from this awesome day! After the proposal, Justeena was sent to a hair dresser to get her hair done, dress up and go to church to be formally engaged in the Coptic Church! :)

December 2020: Back for the holidays! Since the Canadian border was still closed to Americans Justeena goes back to Texas again to celebrate the New Year with her fiancé! :)

May 2021: After 5 months of being apart, what a sweet reunion it was to celebrate Philo and Marleen's wedding together as a groomsman and a bridesmaid! :)
