Hotels
We have room blocks available at the hotels below for our out-of-town guests. Please use the links to book at the group rate.
Transportation and Parking
Shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotels, as well as between the ceremony and reception venues.
There is ample parking available at Whitman Chapel. Parking at The Sloan is limited to mostly street parking, so we highly encourage guests to use the shuttle service to and from the reception.
For guests staying at the hotels, buses will arrive to transport guests to the ceremony between 4:30–4:45 PM. Following the ceremony, guests will be transported to The Sloan for the reception.
At the conclusion of the evening, shuttles will transport guests from The Sloan to the Whitman Chapel parking lot, with return service to the hotels afterward.
