We met for the first time in Nov 2012 and wouldn't see each other again until a year later at Justin’s cousin, Audrey’s, birthday. After a few visits and dates in San Marcos and Houston, on Feb 2, 2014, Justin asked Jennifer to be his girlfriend. Fast forward to our seventh year, we decided to purchase our first home together. Little did Jennifer know, Justin planned to propose in their brand new house once they received their keys. Our move in date was scheduled for Oct 2021, but was pushed back month after month, with Justin anxiously waiting. On Feb 18, 2022, we finally got the keys to our new home! As we pulled up to our new house, Justin unlocked the door. Before Jennifer could take a step inside the house, she took a look and froze. Justin nudged Jennifer to take the first step in. We followed the trail of rose petals that formed a heart in our new living room. Red heart balloons attached to letters that spelled "MARRY ME" lit up the room. After months of waiting, Justin was finally able to get down on one knee and asked Jennifer to marry him.
