This will be an Outdoor & Indoor event. Florida weather in February is usually warm during the day and cool at night with the average temperature ranging from 58°F to 77°F (18-24°C). It is in the middle of the dry season with little rain and cooler weather. The grass may be soft so you may want to rethink stiletto heels.
