Where and When is the Wedding?

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Formal invitations will be sent out about approximately 4 months prior to the wedding date. RSVP is kindly requested by 1/1/25 via this website under the RSVP tab.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Ceremony Omni Montelucia provides valet service for $10 per vehicle. Our Ceremony area is a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance. Reception Paid garage parking and street parking available.

Is there transportation to the ceremony and/or reception?
Answer
Arranged transportation is not provided. The reception venue is a 15 minute drive from the ceremony venue. We highly encourage Rideshare (Lyft/Uber) for both events, so you can enjoy our party to the fullest!

Are children allowed?
Answer
While we love the children in our lives, our wedding is an 'Adults Only' event (other than children in the wedding party). Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
While we would love to include everyone, our venue only permits a certain number of guests. Your invitation will state the names of the guests in your party; there are no additional plus-ones permitted. Please reach out to us with any questions/concerns, or if we may have forgotten an important someone. Thank you!

The attire for our wedding is Cockatil/Formal.

Where are you registered?
Answer
In lieu of a registry, we are requesting any generosity in the form of a monetary wedding gift - as per Polish tradition. We appreciate any contribution in person with a wedding card.

What is a Poprawiny?
Answer
Poprawiny = After Party! For our non-Polish guests - Poprawiny (poh-prah-vee-nih) is a casual event that takes place the day after the wedding. It is most commonly attended by family and close friends, but everyone is welcome.

Answer

Is the wedding inside or outside? What will the weather be like?
Answer
Our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour are outside, and our Reception is inside. March is one of the best months to visit Arizona - you can expect sunny weather with daytime temps around 75 and nighttime temps around 50.
