Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Birch Wood Vineyards in Derry, NH. The ceremony will be outside if the weather permits, otherwise, the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Please see travel page for transportation, hotel accommodations and venue information.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

There are two RSVP deadlines: Welcome Party RSVP: September 30, 2024 Wedding Ceremony/Reception RSVP: October 15, 2024 If you do not RSVP by these dates we will unfortunately have to assume your RSVP is "NO".

What is a welcome party?

Answer

This is a pre-wedding event to kick-off the weekend! Understanding that the majority of our friends and family are traveling and will be arriving Thursday night; we wanted to treat everyone to drinks and light snacks! Everyone is invited!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed!! Please let us know as soon as possible by RSVP'ing "NO" so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive 30 min prior to the ceremony to ensure you can comfortably arrive on time! There will be transportation provided from the hotel to the venue and back. Please refer to welcome bag packets for shuttle times. If you will be driving yourself, there is free parking at the venue. Please do not arrive any later than 2:45 PM!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be "unplugged". We ask that all phones are shut off and put away during our ceremony so that all guests can be fully present.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Show up and show OUT! We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day. Dress code is formal ~attire~. Ladies, break out a favorite dress or pant suit. Gentlemen, dust off your best suit and tie. We love color!

What will the bridal party be wearing?

Bride: White Groom: Olive Bridesmaids: Mismatched Jewel tones (guests are more than welcome to join this aesthetic) Groomsmen: Black

Did you really have to ask?? Of course! If you know us - you know we would not have it any other way!

I have a dietary restriction. What should I do?

Answer

Our venue is fantastic at accomodating dietary restrictions. Please indicate your allergy or restriction on your RSVP so we can relay it to the venue.
