When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place in Riviera Maya, Mexico at the Hard Rock Hotel. The Ceremony will be held at the Pandero Inlet followed by cocktail hour/reception at the Ocean Terrace

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes. All U.S residents will need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Make sure yours is up to date and does not expire within 6 months of travel.

How do I book my travel accommodations?

Please book your stay through our travel agent at https://damicotravel.com/taylor-cody/ You are responsible for booking your own flight. Flight details are due by August 1, 2025.

You will fly into Cancun International Airport.

What dates should I plan to be there?

Answer

We recommend arriving by Wednesday, October 1st and departing by October 5th to enjoy all events. You are more than welcome to arrive before the recommended date.

Welcome Party - October 1st from 6-9PM at the Azul Terrace After Party - October 2nd after the wedding reception at Club Heaven Pool Party- October 4th from 9AM-5PM at the VIP Cabanas in the Eden Pool

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Event- Beach Casual- Colorful, fun, and breathable! Men can wear short-sleeve button-ups or polos with shorts or lightweight pants. Women can wear sundresses, skirts, or jumpsuits. Comfortable shoes for sand are ideal. Ceremony/Reception: Beach Formal- Dressy, breezy, and beach-appropriate. We kindly ask guests to dress in beach formal or elevated coastal attire, no formal dresses or suits—think flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates in breathable fabrics like linen or chiffon. Feel free to embrace soft colors, tropical prints, or ocean-inspired tones. Skip the stilettos—sandy feet-friendly shoes like flats, wedges, or dressy sandals are perfect. Men can wear short-sleeve button-ups or polos with shorts or lightweight pants.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Ground transportation from the airport to the resort is included only if you provide your flight information to the travel agent by August 1, 2025.

Your presence is the greatest gift! But if you would like to contribute to our future cash fund, you can do so on our website.

What is the weather like in Mexico?

Expect warm, tropical weather. Highs in the 80's and sunshine! Please pack accordingly!

Yes, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in cause of unforeseen circumstances.
