Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

You can RSVP whenever you would like, we just ask that you RSVP by September 5th. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

Question

Dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us. Dress code is black tie formal, attire must be ALL BLACK. For women this includes formal, full length dresses. For men, suits or tuxedos are appropriate. White dress shirt is fine under suits for men.

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Wedding ceremony will be outdoors as long as weather permits, if it starts to rain, we will move indoors. Reception will be indoors.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Tim and I have carefully curated our guest list to have those we feel closest to celebrate with us. Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones. However, due to the limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only, with the exception of the bridal party. We encourage you to use this as a date night and have some fun!

Question

Where can I stay after the wedding?

Answer

There are two hotels that will shuttle you to and from our venue. If you would like to book under the hotel block for a discounted rate please refer to the Travel tab in the menu bar for the link. If you are having trouble with the link or have any questions, please contact me or Tim directly.

Question

Is it open bar?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to provide an open bar!

Question

What time do I get there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, please arrive 30 minutes early to park and be seated.

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing Photographer as well as Videographer, and they will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos and videos once the ceremony has ended.
