Yes, the ceremony and reception will be at the same location.
Yes, there will be parking on site, we will have a parking attendant telling you where to park. We will also have an attendant driving a golf cart up to the ceremony space for our guests that may need assistance.
We are requesting that you arrive at the venue around 4:00pm which is 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. If you are running late and will arrive after the ceremony start time you may be asked to wait until the ceremony is over as to not disrupt the ceremony.
We are requesting our guest to dress in a semi-formal/cocktail fashion which includes dresses for women and suits for men. Think comfortable but not casual! Ladies, the ceremony will be in a grassy area so keep this in mind when choosing your heels!
Although we do love your kiddos, this is an adult only celebration and we want everyone to enjoy themselves on the dance floor! The only children that will attend will be those that are in the ceremony.
