What does semi formal attire mean?

Answer

For Women: Cocktail dresses, elegant maxi dresses or dressy jumpsuits. For Men: A suit (suit jacket + trousers) is the standard, with darker colors like navy, charcoal, or black. A tie is optional but often recommended. When in doubt it is safer to go more formal.
