Although we attended the same middle school and high school, our paths didn’t really cross until 2021. One Friday night, what felt like all of Corner Canyon High School was gathered at In-N-Out, per usual. We found ourselves talking about life, hardship, and everything in between. That conversation sparked a friendship that quickly became meaningful to both of us. From that night on, our friendship grew naturally and quickly. Within weeks, we were laughing constantly, spending lots and lots of time together, and, of course, sharing the occasional kiss. We ended up going to Sweethearts together, and had the best time! Kenton asked Peyton on several real dates after that, and Peyton, who was deeply committed to not dating, politely found excuses every time. Eventually, we went on our first official date… which happened to be the night before Kenton left on his LDS mission. Even with the timing, that night made it clear there was something real between us. When Kenton returned home, everything fell into place effortlessly. What started as an unexpected friendship grew into the relationship we’d both been waiting for. Since then, we’ve been pretty much inseparable. We can truly say we are each other's best friends, biggest fans, and of course the love of each others lives! We couldn't be more excited to start forever together.
