We have known each other for as long as we can remember. From preschool classrooms to high school hallways, our lives have always been intertwined. Growing up in Helena, we shared everything from playground adventures to school classes. We played baseball and softball alongside each other, practicing alongside each other and sharing countless memories in school, from birthday parties, football games, and one of our closest years, freshman year Spanish. But it wasn’t until after high school that our friendship turned into something more. The years of familiarity and friendship laid the perfect foundation for love to grow. What started as childhood friends blossomed into best friends—and eventually, soulmates. God allowed our paths to cross again and we know He will continue to guide us in our relationship and through life as we put our faith in Him and all His goodness. On August 9th, 2025, at the top of Stone Mountain, Hayes got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him. With the breathtaking view behind us and years of memories leading up to that moment, I said yes! Now, after a lifetime of growing up together, we’re ready to grow old together. We can’t wait to celebrate our next chapter with all of you!
