There will be buses running our guests to and from the ceremony and reception sites. Uber is an option around town and there's generally plenty of parking if you plan to drive/rent a car.
September is a beautiful month in Colorado! Plenty of sun will (most likely) be shining for our ceremony. Nights will be more mild. We encourage you to check the weather a week before coming to check for any potential afternoon thunderstorms.
Steamboat is at an elevation of 6,732′ - not quite as high as other Rocky Mountains you'll find, but still more than a mile! Thunderhead Mountain, where our short ceremony will take place, is at 9,080'. Please drink plenty of water! There will be a gondola ride to take everyone to the mountain top.
Your kiddos are welcome to travel with you if need be, but please make arrangements for someone to watch them for the weekend. All wedding events will be adults only!
