The Wedding Website of Peyson Raine Beale and Nathan James McIntyre
If you have additional questions, please reach out to the bride or groom and we would be happy to discuss details with you!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1st so that we have ample time to plan and prepare. Failure to RSVP will affect our ability to accommodate you on our special day.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to spacing requirements and planning purposes, we are only able to accommodate those named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those named on the invitation. Any children who are invited will be listed as part of your party when you RSVP.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The words we would use to describe the vibe of our wedding are 'elegant casual' and 'romantic boho.' Please no jeans or sneakers, but khakis or other dress pants are okay. We kindly ask that women refrain from wearing any white, ivory, champagne, or cream colored dresses.

Question

How should we travel to and from the venue?

Answer

The bride and groom have hired a transportation service to shuttle guests back to their lodging. The shuttles will make three trips out, leaving at 8:10pm 9:15pm, and 10:00pm. Overnight parking is permitted in the Bristol Mountain lot for anyone who would like to leave their car overnight.

Question

What address should I put into my GPS?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Bristol Mountain, which is located at 5662 NY-64, Canandaigua, NY 14424. There is a huge lot with more than enough parking for guests who will be driving.

Question

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm. The venue asks that you arrive and are loaded onto the ski lift by 3:15pm to allow you plenty of time to make your way to your seat before the ceremony starts. The ceremony will be over by 4:30 and the reception will begin once everyone makes their way back down the mountain, around 5:00!

Question

Where is the ceremony taking place?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors on one of the mountains. All guests who arrive to the address listed above (5662 NY-64, Canandaigua, NY 14424) will be required to take the ski lift up to the ceremony location. If you do not wish to partake in riding the ski lift, please instead drive to Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures, located at 5589 S Hill Rd, Canandaigua, NY 14424. You will then need to drive about 15 minutes back down to the reception venue.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

In the case of bad weather, the wedding will be held entirely indoors, and all guests should go to 5662 NY-64, Canandaigua, NY 14424 and follow signage.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you are so excited to capture our special day, we have hired professionals to do so and will happily share ceremony photos with everyone once they are received. We kindly request an unplugged ceremony so that all guests can be fully present. There will be ample time during the reception to take pictures with the bride and groom. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a tab on this website with some hotel recommendations. For larger groups, it may be easier to rent an Airbnb or other rental property. The bride and groom are happy to help if you need additional recommendations or assistance finding a place to stay.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Check out the registry tab on this website for more information regarding our registry, and thanks so much for thinking of us!

Question

Will there be a rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Since the wedding is on a Thursday and many will be traveling in the day of or the day before, we will not be having a traditional rehearsal dinner. We will still have a small gathering for the wedding party to rehearse, where desserts and drinks will be provided. The Night Before: Love On Tap' will be listed as an event when you RSVP if you are required/invited to attend.
