FAQs

The Wedding Website of Peyton Jenkins and Joshua Jarman
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be seated 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving earlier to allow ample time for parking and the walk to the ceremony area so you can settle in and enjoy the evening before the ceremony begins!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi formal or Sunday best attire. We encourage guests to dress comfortably, as all wedding events will take place outdoors. For color inspiration, we would love to see spring-inspired tones such as greens, pinks, blues, yellows, and other soft seasonal colors. For gentlemen, think slacks or khakis paired with a button down or collared shirt. Jackets are welcome but not required. We want everyone to feel comfortable while celebrating outdoors with us!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be hosted at the Jarman Residence, our small family farm, and parking will be available onsite. We will have attendants directing guests where to park, and a golf cart shuttle available for anyone who may need assistance getting to and from the ceremony area. You are also welcome to leave your car overnight if needed and pick it up the following day.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. We will be serving BBQ plates, so if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure you have something to enjoy on our special day!

Question

Will there be beverages provided?

Answer

Yes. We will be providing a selection of beverages, including beer, wine, sweet tea, lemonade, and water for guests to enjoy throughout the celebration. We also encourage guests to bring their own beverages and coolers if they would like, as you prefer. Coolers may be kept in your car or placed under your table for easy access during the event.
