You know when people say things happen for a reason, you meet people for a reason…. Svetlana happened to be good friends with Didi and Phylis and had the amazing idea of introducing her friends kids to each other. Svetlana and Phylis decided to take a picture of Trevor one day, without him knowing why, and sent it to Didi, to show Petya. She thought it was a joke and was not attracted to his photo, so decided to dig a little deeper and stalk his Instagram and Facebook photos, for several days, before deciding he was "okay". Trevor had Petya's number for a month but didn't have the balls to contact her. Luckily, Petya had plenty of courage to message Trevor out of the blue and request a reservation that same night at Barolo grill, where he was the chef. That night they met for approximately 5 minutes face to face, he fed her well and then she left for 3 weeks. They had plenty of time to get to know each other over video chat and phone calls, in those few weeks before the first magical date. Trevor decided to take Petya to Breckenridge Colorado for an adventure on the Alpine Slides. When they arrived Petya had no idea what was planned, and when Trevor told her what they were doing, the look on her face was shocking; she'd never done something like that before nor even ridden a chair lift. Despite her fear she trusted him enough to lead her to the top of the mountain and rode the slides loaded with laughter. They continued the evening with drinks and good food at Rootstalk restaurant where they couldn't take their eyes off of each other. This is where Trevor Knew he'd spend the rest of his life with her. Their love grows with everyday. The moved to another state together, started living together and have already experienced so many ups and downs in life, facing each challenge together as a team, never giving up no matter what's thrown their way. Petya: I could not imagine my life without this man next to me. I love him with all of my heart. Trevor: I knew I'd marry you the second I laid eyes on you at Barolo.
