We wanted to make sure that we are spreading love, not germs - so we & our wedding vendors have implemented a lot of safety measures for everyone’s health & protection! If after reading through these guidelines that we will be following, you no longer feel comfortable attending, we understand & respect your decision - we simply ask that you let us know! Please call or text Daniel at 540-209-2561 if you need to update your RSVP. We will be sending out a brief screening questionnaire the week of the wedding. Please fill this out to ensure that we keep everyone safe & healthy. We ask that you bring a mask & that you wear it any time you are not eating or drinking. All of our vendors will be wearing masks as well & ask for your cooperation with this. We will have several hand sanitizer stations including at the welcome table to the ceremony & to the reception. We ask that you practice social distancing on the dance floor. Any time that you are not practicing social distancing of 6 feet from others, please wear your mask. The buffet will be served by catering staff. Tables will be released one at a time to make sure we are following the social distancing mandate. A distance of 6 feet between individuals must be observed at all times, including while standing in any lines such as to the bar, the restrooms, or to the seating chart. Our reception venue is requiring & enforcing temperature checks for every guest upon entrance on site. Please be aware that this will be happening & be prepared for the couple extra minutes that this will take upon arrival at the reception. The morning before the wedding, we are asking that everyone takes their own temperature. If you have a high temperature or are feeling sick, we ask that you do not come. If you have any known exposure to Covid-19 or are exhibiting any symptoms of such, we ask that you stay home. We want to thank you so much for celebrating with us, whether in person or from afar! We love you all!
We met on Tinder in late 2016 and had our first date in January 2017. Amanda mistakenly arrived at our snow tubing date a full two hours early, but Dan dropped everything to come meet her (and by everything, we mean getting to see his alma mater, JMU, win their national championship). Maybe he knew it would be worth it.
