Which airport do you recommend?

Answer

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is approximately 1.5 hours from Napa while Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is approximately 1 hour from Napa. Both are great options, and we encourage guests to book airline travel as early as possible.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

At this time, we do not have a room block. If you are interested in staying at Carneros Resort & Spa, please contact Sydney at sydneyjpettit@gmail.com for the best available rate. We recommend that guests explore hotel options in Yountville as we will be providing transportation back to a central point following the reception.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

Yes. We encourage guests to rent a car. While Uber and Lyft are available in the Napa Valley, they can be less reliable in the evening hours.

Is Uber or Lyft available in the area?

Answer

Yes. Uber and Lyft are available. If you are wine tasting during your visit, we recommend considering a rideshare or transportation service. Please note that Napa is a sleepy town and rideshare services can be less reliable in the evening hours. We encourage you to explore rental car options and/or shuttle services offered by your hotel.

For guests staying in Yountville, transportation will be provided following the wedding reception to a central drop off location.

What is the attire for events?

Answer

Welcome party attire is summer cocktail. Think bright, flowy dresses for the ladies and dress pants, collared shirts and blazers for the men. Wedding attire is black tie. Floor length gowns for the ladies and tuxedos for the men.

Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate children unless specifically stated on your invitation.

We are registered on Zola, Crate & Barrel, Over The Moon & Williams Sonoma.
