Yes! We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal attire. What we recommend for men: suit and tie OR khakis and a nice button up with dress shoes. What we recommend for women: formal dresses, or nice jumpsuits. Please no jeans/denim, sneakers, and avoid shades of white.
Yes, transportation will be provided for guests staying at the hotels. We will have a bus that comes to the Hampton Inn parking lot. For guests staying across the street at the Holiday Inn, you can easily walk across the road to get to the other hotel parking lot.
Due to limited space, not everyone will be able to have a plus one. We will only be able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.
If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle and try to find a seat. While we want all of our friends and family there, we would appreciate if you would either stand off to the side or wait to join us until the reception. We thank you for understanding.
To RSVP, please send back the small RSVP card included in your invitation. Also, on our wedding website, you can click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope. If the envelope says "and guest" just type in your guest's first and last name.
Please RSVP no later than November 1, 2025. The earlier the better! You can RSVP by mailing back the RSVP card in your invitation and through the RSVP tab on the website. If you do not RSVP by November 1, 2025 we will assume that you are unable to attend.
Guests will be allowed to enter the venue and find seating 15 minutes before the ceremony starts at 2:45 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 pm.
Although we love all of your children, due to space we are unable to include everyone. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. You can respond to your invitation by mailing back your RSVP card and selecting “not attending” in the RSVP section of the website. By doing so, we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
There is parking in front of the building. We do ask that lot be reserved for our guests who need to be closer for walking. There is an additional parking lot to the left side of the building that will be reserved for our event.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you would like and do not forget to share them with us.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to Uber/Lyft to and from the venue. Unless, you are taking the shuttle bus to and from the Hampton Inn (North Huntingdon/Irwin).
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). If it is too cold or bad weather the ceremony will be moved indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will all be indoors.
