Square Dancing Hoedown

This event alludes to Ryan's southern roots (Roll tide!) - this is your chance to show off your cowboy / cowgirl boots and hats - anything goes!
Totally optional for everyone already in Huntsville. After enjoying what Yellowhammer Brewery has to offer (including our own wedding beer, brewed by yours truly!), a square dancing caller will have you dancing in no time. We're excited to see you!

Bavarian Welcome Party

Attire: Tracht - this event alludes to Bianca's Bavarian roots. If you happen to have a traditional pair of lederhosen (men) or a dirndl (women) this is your time to shine! (But please don't buy a knock off costume from Amazon 😇). For anyone else, casual to cocktail attire works great!
It's by no means at all required, but if you're excited about buying a traditional tracht, Ryan would be thrilled to assist you. It's where he shines (can you believe it?!)! We're very excited to have Alabama legend Microwave Dave playing at this event, adding some Southern soul to the evening.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Anywhere on the spectrum of cocktail to formal - if you want to dress to the nines, we're so here for it. If you prefer something more casual that's wonderful too! We're just excited to see you ❤️
Outdoor ceremony starts at 3 pm, followed by dinner and dancing until 10.30 pm. Cocktail hour is both outdoors (with heaters) and indoors, with the rest of the reception indoors. Transportation: Busses will shuttle guests to and from the event with the following stops on November 11th: 2.00 pm Jefferson Hotel downtown pickup 2.20 pm 4003 Nolen Avenue (Monte Sano) pickup 2.30 pm dropoff at wedding location Burritt 2.40 pm 3918 Panorama Drive (Monte Sano) pickup 2.45 pm 5510 Panorama Drive (Monte Sano) pickup 2.50 pm dropoff at wedding location Burritt At the end of the night the shuttle will bring guests from the venue to the after party at Ryan's parents house (only a 3 minute drive at 5510 Panorama Drive, Huntsville), leaving the venue at 10.30 pm. The shuttle will return to the Burritt at 10.40 pm to drive people back to the mountain stops and the Jefferson. Alternatively, we have sober drivers on call. Of course, Ubers and Lyfts are also an option!
Wedding After Party

A shuttle will bring guests from the venue to the after party at Ryan's parents house (only a 3 minute drive at 5510 Panorama Drive, Huntsville), leaving the venue at 10.30 pm. At 1.30 am the shuttle will bring guests back to the mountain stops or the Jefferson hotel downtown. Alternatively, we have sober drivers on call. Of course, Ubers and Lyfts are also an option!
