Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:30pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We will provide transportation to the wedding venue from JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. Please note that the wedding venue is 35 minutes from the hotel, so the buses will begin loading at 3:30pm, departing from JW Marriott Bonnet Creek by 3:45pm.

Are there any other events I should know about other than the wedding/reception?

Friday night at 6:00pm, all guests are invited to a Welcome Dinner at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. Saturday at 5:00pm is our wedding ceremony at Bella Collina, followed by a cocktail hour and reception at the same venue. Sunday we will host a Farewell Brunch for all guests at the Sear & Sea restaurant at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. The full schedule with detail is posted on the "Schedule" tab of our website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, there will be two coach buses and two shuttle buses transporting guests to and from the wedding venue. The buses will begin loading for the wedding ceremony at 3:30pm at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, departing by 3:45pm - arriving no later than 4:30pm at Bella Collina. There will be buses ready to shuttle guests back to JW Marriott Bonnet Creek at 9:00pm, 9:30pm, 10:00pm, 10:30pm, 11:00pm, and 11:30pm. Please note that it is a 35 minute drive from the hotel to the ceremony venue.

Will any events be outside?
Answer
Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will take place inside with a tented patio attached. The Welcome Dinner will take place inside.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love all the kiddos, there is not enough room at the ceremony and reception venue to accommodate bringing children outside of the wedding party.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire preferred for the Welcome Dinner. Black tie preferred for the wedding and reception. Casual attire for the Farewell Brunch.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Your invitation will include both you and your significant other. If there is someone special in your life we weren't aware of, please let us know and, if space permits, we would love for them to join the celebration.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The average high in January is 72 degrees and the average low is 48 degrees. We recommend bringing a jacket in case it is colder than expected.
