Our wedding will be a formal affair! Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or tuxedo, while ladies can opt for a formal cocktail dress or a floor-length gown. Our bridal party will be coordinated in classic black attire. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
We encourage you to enjoy hospitality refreshments starting at 5:00pm! Guests should plan to arrive to the venue by 5:15pm as our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.
Yes - there will be transportation scheduled from both hotel blocks to the Watermill, as well as back to the hotels at the end of the night. Check your specific hotel for timing!
To get to the venue, we will have a shuttle at each hotel! Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook - the shuttle will depart at 4:40pm sharp. Hilton Garden Inn - the shuttle will depart at 4:40pm sharp.
At the end of the night, the shuttle will do 2 trips back to both hotels. The shuttle will depart from the Watermill at 11:30pm and 1:00am.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to enjoy a night off!
