What do I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Ladies should wear a nice dress, skirt or dress pants. Men should wear a button down, tie and dress pants. NO JEANS!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Farm 1840 located in Mechanicsburg, PA. Address: 101 State Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be a small gravel lot in the front of the facility. Make sure that you park there and then follow the signs for overflow parking if need be.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving a half hour before the ceremony. Please arrive no later than 2:00pm and make sure that you are in the chapel and seated by 2:15pm.

May I use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

No, our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off your cell phones before entering the chapel.

What do I do after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride/groom and select family will be taking pictures for about an hour and a half. Everyone else is to head directly to the lower section of the barn to enjoy cocktails and delicous hor d'oeuvres until approximately 4:30pm. The Reception will take place directly after cocktail hour and will last until 9:00pm. Get ready for some good food, dancing, and celebration!

Are children allowed at this wedding?

Answer

This wedding is an adult event. Though Ian teaches and loves children, he would like a small break.
