What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm. Please be sure to arrive before then to take your seats.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Although there is not parking on site, please refer to the Travel page for parking garages close by.

How can I get from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

It is a 10 minute walk from the Loews hotel to the ceremony/reception at Union Trust. Additionally, there will be a shuttle from the Loews Hotel to the Union Trust venue prior to the ceremony and after reception. Please refer to the the Travel page for shuttle times.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is formal attire. For our fall wedding, all activities will be held indoors. We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear a gown or cocktail dress.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, only those named on the invitation are invited to our ceremony and reception due to venue capacity.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include your food allergy when you RSVP and select your meal.

Have photos from the wedding to share?

Answer
