Garden or Cocktail Attire: Get cleaned up, but be comfortable! Feel free to bring a hat to shield from the sun, but no umbrellas please.
Pre-ceremony drinks will be served between 4:30 and 5:00pm. Ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm. See Schedule below and FAQs for additional details.

Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in this moment with us. Our hired photography & videography teams will capture the day.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:45 pm
Tray passed appetizers and open bar. Get excited about a VW bus photo booth, beer pong, and corn hole. The cocktail hour and dinner area are shared, so you'll be able to set anything you are carrying (but don't want to be) down at your seat to enjoy the hour with your hands free.
Dinner & Other Wedding Activities
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Dinner & cake will be served to the tables. At some point, each table will be dismissed to take a photo with the bride & groom. Work together with your table to win our pop-up trivia night. Speeches and dances will close this time out.
Dancing
9:00 pm - 9:45 pm
Join us in "the castle" to finish the night with a proper dance party... or feel free to roam the space, sit by the fires, use the photo booth, or play more games!
Grand Exit
9:45 pm - 10:00 pm
Help us make some noise as we head out at 10pm. Music will be off by 10pm and all guests must be off-site by 10:30pm. You can leave your car in the parking lot overnight, but it must be collected by noon on Monday, the 12th.
