This shuttle will pickup first from Courtyard by Marriot at 3:20pm, then at Best Western at 3:30pm, and will arrive at the venue by 4:15pm. Return shuttles will leave the venue at 8:30pm and 9:30pm.

This hotel is farther away from the venue, but walking distance from lots of great restaurants, breweries, and activities. A shuttle will be available to/from the venue. Pickup time is 3:35pm. This hotel is close to the venue and has a beautiful view of the Albany skyline! This is a nice hotel to book in order to rest and relax outside of celebrations. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but there are many a short drive away. A shuttle to/from the venue will be available (pickup time 3:45pm). COVID-19 INFORMATION (we will update this information as it changes): Currently, the pool and fitness center are closed, and there is no housekeeping stayover service. Breakfast is from 6-9am, and served to-go style via an attendant in the lobby. Unvaccinated guests are recommended to wear masks inside the hotel. Pickup time is 3:20pm. We do not have a block reserved at this hotel, but we recommend this for guests who want to stay in the Troy area and who are arriving on Saturday, September 4th.
