Question

What should I do if I don't make it into the hotel room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway-they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to find parking for those who are driving and to find your seat and get settled before the ceremony begins.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special time.

Are there any events aside from the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?

Answer

There will be a rehearsal dinner for the wedding party and close relatives Friday night. After the dinner Friday night and after the wedding Saturday night, we will determine a bar for anyone looking to meet up and extend the party. We have not decided those locations and times yet, but when we do, it will be posted to this page!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 6th, 2026! You can RSVP either through the wedding website or on the physical card with your invitation!

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Yes! For the ceremony, there is a free parking lot off to the side of the church as well as plenty of side street parking nearby. For the reception, there is a parking lot across the street that you can park in! We will have parking passes available for guests who are driving and parking in that lot. If you are in need of one, please reach out to either me or Dave and we will take care of thar for you!

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel for the wedding and/or pre wedding events?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles from the Hilton and Hampton to the ceremony and back. We will then have shuttles from the Hilton to the reception and back. Exact times and locations will be listed at a later date.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you! We hope you'll enjoy a date night on us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will take place indoors. It can get pretty warm in St Louis in July though, so please dress accordingly. The only time outside may be in between the ceremony and reception with whatever guests decide to do with their time. We have plenty of recommendations of places to go on our "Things to Do" page.
