No later than August 15th, 2026 We will not be chasing RSVPs If we do not hear from you, you will be marked as not attending as we need to get a final head count to our vendors within the timeframe they requested.
Elevated Cocktail Attire We want everyone to feel and look their best! Ideas can be found in the attire section The venue is a ranch so be aware of shoe choices, thick block heels or wedges are easier to walk in. Flats and boots are also a great choice! Please no jeans Please avoid solid greens, reds, and whites/creams Blues, Browns, Black, Pinks, Rust/Orange are all great options!
Due to our large families we are limited on space! If you have been given a plus-one, it will be indicated on your formal invitation and when you RSVP.
As we stated, we are limited on space, if your child(ren) have been invited, their names will appear on the invitation and when you RSVP. We encourage parents to have a kid-free night! The music will be unfiltered and the bar will be open, plan accordingly
We encourage everyone to be at the venue by 3:45pm to enjoy a pre-ceremony drink The ceremony will begin at 4pm
There is parking at the venue, however: Guests are advised to call a ride service or carpool to the venue from the Hampton Inn. We will be providing a shuttle; more information can be found in the next FAQ. All vehicles have to be off property by 12pm on Sunday, the 4th.
There will be a shuttle to transport guests from the Hampton Inn & Suites to the ceremony starting at 3:15. Seats are limited so if possible, please carpool with someone who is planning on driving. The last shuttle is at 3:45, if it is full, or you miss it, please plan to drive. The shuttle will return at 8:45 to start bringing guests back to the Hampton Inn & Suites until the end of the night at 10pm. Guests are able to leave their vehicles at the venue until 12pm on Sunday, the 4th.
Please respect our wish for a device free ceremony. We promise our fantastic photographer will capture it perfectly and the photos will be available as soon as we get them. Feel free to post any other pictures from the evening! There will be QR codes throughout the venue for you to share your photos with us :)
We do have some registry items but are also looking forward to our Honeymoon and buying a Home. If you’d like to contribute to those funds instead, we’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
