We’re Getting Married! Let’s Party!

Technically, we met back in 2014 in our job orientation but we were on different life paths at that time. Fast forward to 2018, Becca was out with friends celebrating a birthday, and Scott was with a friend when they approached the table. He asked Becca if she remembered him and of course, being the smooth talker she is, said “uh no?” Scott told her his name and then it clicked. Scott joined in on the festivities of the night and that is what started our snap chat streak (just kidding, but really that’s the beginning of our story). We began to date exclusively in January 2019 and Scott slowly won the hearts of Becca and her two little girls, Rhyleigh & Madilynn. On Mothers day 2021 Scott proposed with the help of Rhyleigh. He told Rhyleigh to tell her mom that there was one more gift, he got down on one knee and Rhyleigh held out the ring. She giggled and handed it to her mom as Scott asked “will you marry me?” Becca cried as she said yes, Rhyleigh laughed and Madi said “no weddings!” (To her Scott is already family). The rest is history.
