We first met in 2018 when Taylor started working at the Medical College of Wisconsin in the Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office. Mike was already working there, and him and Taylor quickly became friends. For 3 years, we were great friends and continued to keep in touch even after we stopped working together. In 2021, Taylor moved to Chicago but was coming back up to Milwaukee pretty often to watch the Milwaukee Bucks while they were in the NBA Championship that year. Taylor and Mike often went to the Deer District (right across from our wedding venue!) to watch the games with their friends. One night after celebrating the Bucks win with some late night Ian's pizza, Mike kissed Taylor and the rest is history.
