This picture holds a lot of emotion for us. This was Zac's first proposal if we're being real. He got up in front of the whole school and asked Kelly to be his "Queen" at Prom. He gave a romantic speech and everything. Unfortunately, immediately following the proposal, Kelly found out that her dad had cancer. This was the beginning of a very hard journey, but we have loved each other well through it all. Our wonderful eight years of dating has been a host of growth, strength, sadness, and most of all, joy.
