Austin Straubel is the closest airport to fly into, about twenty minutes from the venue and hotel.
Hotel
Unless you are getting an airbnb, this is where we have a hotel block. Whether or not you are staying at the hotel, this is also where you'll be able to grab a shuttle! All rooms MUST be booked before Monday, Jul 21, 2025. After this date, the group room block is released to the general public and you will no longer have access to the special group rate. Please note - there is a preseason packer game on Saturday so book as far in advance as allows.
Travel Note
There are plenty of great Airbnb and Vrbo options near the venue. We recommend searching around Suamico, WI for the easiest access. If you're traveling with a group or want a more homey setup, booking a house nearby is a great way to enjoy the weekend.
Travel Note
The shuttles will pick up from the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay North, 2308 Lineville Road, Green Bay, WI 54313 at 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm on Friday. The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm. Shuttles will be returning to the hotel all evening following dinner service. If you run into issues please call Lori at 920-370-5540, or Jim at 920-370-5278.

Appleton Airport is about a 40 minute drive from the venue.
Flight
O'Hare International Airport (ORD), Midway International Airport (MDW) and Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) are all a 3-4 hour drive away from the venue and very affordable if you're traveling with a group and want to rent a car!
