Where should I stay?

Answer

There are many hotel options close to the venue. We have two hotel blocks with discounts. 1. Avid Hotel - this hotel is within walking distance of the venue 2. TRU by Hilton- this hotel is across the highway (a short Uber drive away). They also offer a shuttle service until 10pm if at least 10 rooms are booked from the hotel block.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the event venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions and we can accommodate.
