Where is the ceremony & reception located?

Our ceremony and reception both will take place at our venue, Etre Farms, located at: 472 W Glenlord Rd, St. Joseph, MI 49085

Will children be invited?

Answer

Although we love your kids, we will be doing a child-free wedding. Plan on getting a sitter and taking the night off being a mom & dad to celebrate with us! :)

Is the bride changing her last name?

Answer

The bride currently has no plans to change her last name, please address any mail/checks to “Rachel Petersen” and “Andrew Psenka” respectively.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome and so are suits and cocktail dresses. note from the groom: ties on heads on the dance floor are encouraged at the end of the night

Will the ceremony be held inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be inside with the ability to go outside if desired for the firepits & cigar bar.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! They have a large lot, but we will also have shuttles taking folks back and forth from the hotel to the venue so there will not be a need to drink and drive. :)

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we so appreciate that you want to capture our special moments, we would love to have a fully unplugged ceremony with devices put away please. We want everyone fully present and have professional photographers that will be taking photos during the ceremony which will be shared after to all of those invited! We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! We requested the bar at the hotel everyone will be staying at stay open until 2am, which is the latest MI bars in St. Joseph are legally allowed to stay open. :)
